End of March

Today is the day.....end of March. Let recall what had happen from 1st March til today. Im sure its many things happen..so do i..sad,missing,happy and what so ever are listed here..me,from sad story to love story..from love story to thriller story..from thriller story to romantic story...hahahaha..seems everythings turned bad..problems problems problems..i cant ran away from it no matter how i've tried..depressed,tension,..the 1 day i made a decision..i talked to Him..told everythings...from sad to love story...released all on that day..Thanks to Him.. i know He is the one....When i gave up...He is the one to raised me up....when my boyfriend supposed to be with me when im downed, He is the one be with me...Its many things make me think too much..

Im sicked...headache..dizzy,nausea,vomitting,..im take care of myself..but im wished my mom be with me...to take care of me...i miss my mom..then every night when missing her,i ring her..talked to her...oh mom,i love you...

Final exam...Thank God..i know i can do it better than before..Thanks to all lecturers that gave lecture to me and friends..especially Dr Pallavi...she teach us Clinical Microbiology..she is brilliant. Thumbs up for Dr. at 1st i hate this subject but then i fallen in love with it. and Mr Hairulnizam...he's handsome,good  brain too...hehehhe... his look like Faizal Tahir,that what my friend told me...and thats is true! hehehe... he teach us Clinical Biochemistry and Anatomy & Physiology. Thanks to him....Mdm Roziana were pregnant when she teach us Research methodology..she also good lecturer. Miss Raihan was our lab section lecturer. Her face was so pretty..she kind...thanks Miss...and last but not least,Miss Lee..li hai ohh....she teach us in lab..Microbiology's lab...hehehe...

1 week holiday,i spent time with friends..Beering with Tung Leh,George and Lipcy...damn!!! Vomitting....hahahaha...having fun with Mimi...shopping shopping...looking for 'anak ikan emas' hahaha... watched movie with Din and Man...hahahaha....

A friend is someone like you can be alone with and have nothing to do and not be able to think of anything to say and be comfortable in silence. We met by chance and turned into friends and now our destiny keeps us close to each other making our friendship grow more with the passing time. You are friend of life time.

Living a naughtier life is simply about learning how to say yes. That’s yes to scary new challenges,yes to crazy ventures,and yes to suggestions you’ve previously turned down. All you have to do is take a deep breath,dive in and find out how to start make things happen for youself.

Be a taker. We all have regrets in life whether its turning down jobs or taking jobs,not taking our education further or taking our education too far. The list is endless and if you allow them,your regrets can cause a huge pile up in your life that will weigh you down and obstruct the road ahead. SO JUST STOP!

We all know a hug is an obvious sign that our man’s keen on us,but what about the small,subtle actions that prove you’re his Miss Right and not just his Miss Right Now..?

When he’s watching TV,this could be a real giveaway because his concentration is on tv not on what his body is doing. Without thinking he interlinks his fingers with me,he’s subconsciously saying that he wants to be emotionally interconnected with you. He takes my hand  and pulls it close to him. It’s a protective gesture..Thumbs up hubby!!!!

Meeting each other’s friends is a great test of his feelings. Putting his arm around my waist means he’s telling the lads “she’s all mine” hahahaha..he places it around my shoulder it show a deep desire to take care of me..and a clear indicator that he wants me in his life is when he sits close enough for my hips to be touching…auuuwww….i like! Hahahahaha

He doesn’t want to look bitter,bitchy or jealous. That wouldn’t be cool. But then again,it really is his moral duty as an honest straight-talker with my best interest at heart to point out at every oppurtinity just what a lousy,ugly,unfunny,short,inconsiderate dumb ass the other lad is. Of course he wont put it quiet so bluntly. The meaning is clear,I deserve better. I deserve to have him.

Im not a girl Not yet a women

Its 2010...and now im 22 years old...hahahah...now im on my way to my destination to finish my 1st degree on Biomedicine...end of year 2011 i will grad..hoorayyyyyy!!! Wish me all the best! and for sure im not a girl anymore...but im not yet a women..one of the evident tell tale signs of approaching womanhood is your sense of fashion. As a girl i used to dress  for the boys but as a woman i will dress for other women. Girls invariably dress up with the aim of enhancing their sex appeal,pairing snazzy pants with flashy blouses or short skirt with spaghetti-strap tops. Woman,on other hand no longer care about what men think of their butts or leg or boobs.This is not to say that they are slobs,far from it. It's just that their motivations for looking good are more mature. I used to feel good about turning men's head  when i walked into a room but these days,im more into the envious glances of women. If a men checks you out,you know its because of your body but if women checks you out,you know its because of you...hahahahahaha...i like! Thumbs up for myself! As a girl i used to go for the cutest guy but as a women i will go for the smartest guy a woman like me can find. Good looking guys are nice to have and hold but unless they are also able to put food on table,they are not worth the trouble. Good looks cannot feed the family for long but good brains never go out of style. As a girl i used to shop,shop,shop but as a woman i will earn,budget,shop and save. As a girl i used to argue or give in,bluster and fight but as a woman i will speak up or compromise,listen and apologise.

Understanding about HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

High blood pressure (HBP) is a serious condition that can lead to coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, and other health problems.

"Blood pressure" is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. If this pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways.

Blood pressure numbers include systolic (sis-TOL-ik) and diastolic (di-a-STOL-ik) pressures. Systolic blood pressure is the pressure when the heart beats while pumping blood. Diastolic blood pressure is the pressure when the heart is at rest between beats.

You will most often see blood pressure numbers written with the systolic number above or before the diastolic, such as 120/80 mmHg. (The mmHg is millimeters of mercury—the units used to measure blood pressure.)

The table below shows normal numbers for adults. It also shows which numbers put you at greater risk for health problems. Blood pressure tends to goes up and down, even in people who have normal blood pressure. If your numbers stay above normal most of the time, you're at risk.

Dayak Iban

The Ibans form the largest percentage of Sarawak's population, making up almost 34%. Reputed to be the most formidable headhunters on the island of Borneo, the Ibans of today are a generous, hospitable and placid people. Because of their history as pirates and fishermen, they were conventionally referred to as the "Sea Dayaks". The early Iban settlers who migrated from Kalimantan (the Indonesian part of Borneo south of Sarawak) via the Kapuas River and crossed over the Kelingkang range and set up home in the river valleys of Batang Ai, the Skrang River, Saribas, and the Rajang River. The Ibans dwell in longhouses, a stilted structure comprising many rooms housing a whole community of families.

If you ever have the fortune to visit an Iban longhouse and glance upward, dangling above you may see head trophies or antu pala. These suspended heads were obtained to mark a tribal victory and were a source of honor. Not to worry, though, this headhunting practiced ceased around the 1930s.

The Ibans are renowned for their Pua Kumbu (traditional Iban weavings), silver craftings, wooden carvings and beadwork. Iban tattoos which were originally symbols of bravery for the Iban warriors have become amongst the most distinctive in the world.

The Ibans are also famous for their tuak, a sweet rice wine which is served during big celebrations and festive occasions.

Today, the majority of Ibans practice Christianity. However, like most other ethnic groups in Sarawak, they still hold strong to their many traditional rituals and beliefs. Sarawak celebrates colourful festivals such as the Gawai Dayak (harvest festival), Gawai Kenyalang (hornbill, the god of war, festival) penuaian padi and Gawai Antu (festival of the dead).

Sarawak is one of two Malaysian states on the island of Borneo. Known as Bumi Kenyalang, it is situated on the north-west of the island. It is the largest state in Malaysia; the second largest.The administrative capital is Kuching.Sarawak is currently divided into eleven Administrative Divisions: Kuching Division, Samarahan Division,Sri Aman Division, Betong Division, Sarikei Division, Sibu Division, Mukah Division, Kapit Division,Bintulu Division, Miri Division and Limbang Division Sarawak has more than 40 sub-ethnic groups, each with its own distinct language, culture and lifestyle. Cities and larger towns are populated predominantly by Malays, Melanaus, Chinese, and a smaller percentage of Ibans and Bidayuhs who have migrated from their home-villages for employment reasons. Sarawak is rather distinctive from the rest of Malaysia in that there is only a small community of Indians living in the state.
